Hi there! My name is Jordan. Welcome to Billy's Tavern Homebrewing. I am from a small town in California called Sonora. You're probably wondering where "Billy" comes from. I named my homebrewery after my grandfather. He had a small bar in his house, and I named it Billy's Tavern. So when I decided to start homebrewing I kept the name going.

For a long time brewing my own beer has been something I always wanted to pursue ever since the days of drinking cheap beer with buddies. Once I got into craft beer I realized there was a whole new world of beer I never knew existed. Since then owning my own brewery was definitely something I wanted to do. When the pandemic happened and the extra space in my house I figured now was as good time as any to start homebrewing. Thank you to my parents for buying me my first homebrewing kit from Northern Brewer.
