The subconscious, the forgotten, the fragments of decay and rebirth. Each beer in this collection is a shard of that mythology. Some tragic, some ethereal, some forged in fire.

This is where we dig. Through the forgotten, the flawed, and the experimental. To uncover what deserves another chance to breathe.

Our goal is to bring light to styles long forgotten, or those never given their due. Twisting others into something unexpected, sometimes even absurd.

Each beer is a relic reimagined, pulled from the depths, refined in the shadows, and brewed with intent. Some honor the past. Others distort it.

Smoked Helles

Smelted Souls blends gentle beechwood smoke with the clean, golden character of a classic Helles, finding harmony between fire and light. 4.9%

TDH Hazy IPA

Absurdity is a plunge into brilliance and chaos. Born from obsession and layered with excess, Absurdity is a triple dry-hopped descent into haze, saturated with Citra Hash and layered with Krush, Dolcita and Dolcita Lupomax.

DARK PASSAGE

Black Rye IPA

To move through Dark Passage is to explore contrast in its purest form. Heavy roast and subtle smoke give way to the sharp clarity of Cascade and Simcoe, illuminating the darkness with citrus and resin. It is a beer that unfolds slowly, revealing itself with intention.

REVELATION

Black Kolsch

To experience a revelation is to see what was always there, to feel depth where none was expected. This Kolsch balances delicate German precision with shadows of roast and whispers of smoke, letting the beer reveal itself in layers. Each sip uncovers subtle truths that linger long after the glass is empty.

This collection consists of one-off, limited releases. Each beer has been crafted with care and intention, reflecting a singular vision and attention to detail. A limited number of cans is made available exclusively through a lottery system whenever a new volume is produced, ensuring that these rare creations are shared only with those selected. Remaining cans are reserved at the discretion of Billy’s Tavern, allowing us to share or utilize them thoughtfully in ways that honor the collection.
